Ingredients Main Ingredients 1 tsp olive oil, divided 1/2 cup sliced jalapeno 1/2 cup diced tomato 1/2 cup diced bell pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1 tsp hot pepper sauce 2 cups liquid egg substitute 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 1/2 oz sliced avocado 1/2 cup fresh cilantro Instructions Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add jalapenos, tomato, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot pepper sauce, sauté for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk liquid egg substitute with salt and pepper in a medium bowl. In a separate skillet, heat remaining 1/2 tsp olive oil over medium heat. Add egg mixture to olive oil, and sauté, stirring frequently to create scramble, until cooked. 1. Typical weight loss is 2-5 lbs. per week for the first two weeks, then 1-2 lbs. per week thereafter. Average weight loss for Livea Weight Control Centers clients is 25 pounds. Results vary. Semaglutide results as reported in the STEP-3 Phase study and Tirzepatide results in the SURMONT-1 study respectively. The amount of weight you may lose depends on factors like your starting weight, diet, exercise, genetics, and how your body responds to the medication.
